With a vision for identifying business growth opportunities I bring over 30 years experience in business management both in Australia and Asia.

Career roles have included  Managing Director of a manufacturing operation, Asia Manager, Regional Business Manager, Product Manager, Electronics Engineer and most recently as a respected Business Advisor.

I pride myself in providing my clients with 100% focus and professionalism.

Proudly originally from Ireland I also take pride in being an Australian citizen. I live in the wonderful region of Sydney.

Major achievements include:

  • AEEMA Australian Exporter of the Year Award – 2002
  • The largest exporter of Australian designed and manufactured electronics equipment to China through the mid 1990’s.
  • Developed new markets and opened opportunities in China, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, The Philippines, Malaysia and Europe.
  • Exported products to over 20 countries
  • Formed strategic alliances with major industry companies in Malaysia, Japan and China.
  • Established the first ever foreign entity operation within a major Chinese PTT.
  • Developed a small local Thai company into an international manufacturer and exporter to over 15 countries including Australia, The UK, the US, Japan and throughout South East Asia.
  • Prepared and secured major tenders in industries including power, electrical, rail and communications in Australia and Asia.

I am not interested in short term gains or maximising returns through attrition or squeezing customers, suppliers or employees. Being successful means all involved are engaged, are part of the outcome and gain benefit.

I study the markets and operations, customers and suppliers, management and employees, engage with and develop an understanding prior to beginning the process of developing plans and strategy or business improvement.

At all stages I engage with my clients, and bring independent and solid advice to the table.
