As an independent advisor my initial customer  base was involved primarily in assisting new start-up businesses. After successfully helping them plan and launch their businesses the owners / managers began to return after 2 – 3 years requesting advice due to the slowing of their operations and sales. My process includes several meetings with the business to gain a sound perspective of the operation. I also perform in-depth research on the industry, competitors, etc. Once the required information has been gathered it is collated and structured as part of the planning phase.

Once the first draft of the plan is completed it is presented and discussed. Final Copy is provided with agreement by both parties.

Part of the service is a 6 month review of the plan, actions and targets and assessment of the progress of the business.
